  • Submit your fundraiser details and supporting documentation.

  • Wait for verification approval.

  • Share your fundraiser with friends, family, and supporters.

Creating a Fundraiser

When creating a fundraiser, please ensure all information is accurate and complete. Our verification team reviews submitted documentation before a fundraiser becomes publicly visible.

You may be asked to provide:



  • Proof of identity

  • Billing statements

  • Creditor information

  • Additional supporting documents

Verification Process

Every fundraiser submitted through EverGrace undergoes a verification review. This process helps maintain trust and protects donors.

Verification may take several business days depending on the complexity of the request and the responsiveness of third parties.

Making a Donation

Donors can contribute securely using approved payment methods. Donation confirmations are sent via email after a successful transaction.

If you experience issues while donating, please verify your payment information and contact support if the problem persists.

Managing Your Account

Common Issues

I'm not receiving verification emails.

Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset your password.

My payment failed.
